Victor Parra

Victor Parra is a real estate professional with Chandani Group, specializing in investment properties, fix-and-flips, and representing both buyers and sellers throughout the Bay Area. Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, Victor now calls San Jose home and brings a global perspective, strong business acumen, and competitive drive to his real estate practice.

Victor is a graduate of San Jose State University, where he earned his degree in Hospitality Management and International Business and graduated as the Class of 2016 Valedictorian. He made history as the first NCAA Division I athlete—and the first athlete in the department’s 24-year history—to achieve this distinction. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Victor effectively serves a diverse range of clients and communities.

Following college, Victor entered the professional soccer draft and signed with Argozelo in Portugal, playing professionally for over two and a half years. He continued competing across Europe and later returned to the United States, signing with California Express and most recently with Bay Cities FC. His athletic career has taken him across the U.S., Europe, and South America, shaping his discipline, resilience, and leadership—qualities that now define his real estate approach.

Over the past several years, Victor has focused on real estate investing and sales, particularly within the Bay Area. Alongside his business partner, he has been actively involved in buying, remodeling, and selling properties, gaining hands-on experience in pricing strategy, renovations, and value optimization. With a combined 20 years of real estate experience, their partnership brings deep insight into what to fix, what to budget, and how to maximize returns for both homeowners and investors.

In addition to real estate, Victor is the founder of the nonprofit Limitless Goals, runs a youth soccer academy for ages 6–18 in the Bay Area, and has been featured on ESPN’s Every Street United. He was also nominated for his high school’s Athletic Hall of Fame and has represented Team USA in international competition.
