Most recently, she served as a NorCal Regional Account Manager, where she managed and grew a portfolio of over 50 active accounts, negotiated pricing and contracts, and oversaw the full lifecycle of client relationships—from onboarding through fulfillment and follow-up. Her experience working with CRM systems, forecasting, and reporting translates directly into organized, well-managed real estate transactions.

Earlier in her career, Kristen worked in a regulated healthcare environment as a Front Desk and Administrative Coordinator, where discretion, compliance, and clear communication were critical. She also spent several years at Nordstrom, excelling in consultative sales and building long-term client relationships through personalized, high-touch service—skills that remain central to her real estate approach today.

Kristen holds an Associate’s degree in Business Communication and is a California-licensed Real Estate Salesperson. She is also a California Notary Public (pending) and pursuing additional credentials in insurance, further strengthening her understanding of risk, documentation, and transaction support.
